负责AI Native产品从用户洞察、定义到上线迭代；把生成、推理、Agent和记忆变成可用体验；设定产品体验/业务指标并驱动评估；跨Agent工程、设计、运营、算法协作完成验证和规模化。
本科及以上；工作经验3年以上（官方基础信息栏）
3年以上产品经验；AI产品经验为优先，不是硬门槛。
深度理解LLM及Prompt、RAG、Agent、Memory，能判断模型边界并转成产品能力。
有AI产品规模化或商业化增长经验，主导过用户增长、留存、付费转化、PLG至少一项并有可量化结果。
具技术理解力，能与AI工程师协作。
具AI产品判断与数据驱动迭代能力。
自驱、好奇、动手验证能力强，持续关注AI技术/产品。
沟通协作强，能与算法和工程团队推进。
