## Role description from source

1、负责汽车电子领域（雷达、智能座舱、车载屏、摄像头、车用芯片）的目标客户的开拓和客户关系维护；
2、负责目标客户的需求发掘和引导，推广满足客户需求的产品和解决方案，并推动项目落地实施；
3、负责协同内部资源达成销售目标，扩大公司市场份额；
4、负责日常项目的管理、运作及资源协调，对项目结果负责；
5、参与团队的组织运作，协助团队成员培养，促进团队发展。
职位要求
1、5年以上销售工作经验，3年以上汽车电子行业销售工作经验；
2、熟悉汽车电子相关工艺和流程，有头部客户大项目运作经验，具备市场分析能力；
3、性格开朗、心态积极，具备较强的团队意识和跨部门协作能力，具备良好的项目管理意识和能力；
4、客户导向，责任心强；勤奋踏实，能适应紧张的工作节奏；
5、有车厂汽车电子经验及Tier厂商经验和资源优先。
