1、参与 AI Agent 平台的架构设计与核心模块研发，负责智能体运行时、编排引擎、Skill 框架等基础设施的技术方案设计与实现
2、深入业务场景（办公协同、流程自动化、知识管理等），识别 AI Agent 赋能机会，将产品需求转化为技术方案并落地交付
3、与算法团队协作，将大模型、Agent 框架、MCP 协议等 AI 能力工程化落地，构建可复用的 Agent 能力底座
4、保障系统工程质量与稳定性，建立技术指标体系（响应延迟、成功率、幻觉率等），数据驱动持续优化
5、跨域协同：联动产品、算法、数据、运维等多团队，确保系统高质量交付与稳定运行
任职要求
1、2027届应届毕业生，硕士及以上学历（博士优先），985高校或QS世界排名前100院校，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业
2、对大模型（LLM）、NLP、机器学习、Agent 系统等 AI 技术有基本认知，理解技术边界与工程化落地路径
3、具备扎实的工程能力，熟练掌握 Python/Java/Go 等至少一门语言，有微服务架构、状态机设计、消息队列等实践经验者优先
4、优秀的跨团队沟通能力，能高效协作推动技术方案从设计到上线

加分项
1、有 AI Agent、大模型应用、LLM 平台工程相关实习或项目经验
2、熟悉 Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent 工作流、MCP 协议等技术实践
3、头部互联网公司技术实习经历（AI/Agent/平台工程方向优先），AI 相关科研项目或论文成果
4、请附简历及代表性技术作品/项目案例（如有）
