## Role description from source

1.参与集团零售、服务、整车等业务场景的风险识别与算法能力建设，围绕反黄牛、反欺诈、反作弊、反爬虫等问题，完成数据分析、特征挖掘、模型及策略设计。
2.负责风控模型的开发和迭代，包括样本及标签构建、特征工程、模型训练、离线评估、上线验证、效果监控和持续优化，对模型的准确率、召回率、误伤率及业务效果负责。
3.参与大模型及AI技术在风控领域的应用，结合Agent、RAG、AI工作流等技术，探索风险发现、数据分析、策略生成、效果评估和客诉处置等场景的智能化与效率提升。
4.深入理解业务流程，主动与业务、产品和研发同学沟通，识别业务流程中的风险点，并将风险问题转化为可落地、可评估的算法和策略方案。
5.参与风控标签、特征及模型能力的沉淀，推动相关能力在不同业务场景中复用。
任职要求
1.熟练使用Python和SQL，具备良好的数据处理、离线分析及算法开发能力；熟悉常用机器学习算法、特征工程和模型评估方法。
2.了解大模型及AI应用相关技术，有实际项目经验；有Agent、RAG、AI工作流、大模型应用或相关开发经验者优先。
3.具备较强的业务敏感度和风险意识，能够从业务流程、数据异常和用户行为中发现潜在问题，并形成自己的分析和判断。
4.具备良好的沟通和协作能力，愿意深入业务一线，与业务、产品和研发共同讨论问题、设计方案并推动落地。
5.具备优秀的逻辑思维、学习能力和责任心，对反欺诈、反作弊、图算法、异常检测等方向有实践经验者优先。
