依托小米人车家全生态场景，亲手打造有影响力的创新硬件产品，覆盖智能家居、穿戴设备、AI生产力工具等方向。
岗位职责
1. 挖掘AI与硬件结合的创新点，主导AI创新硬件产品从定义到原型到落地的全流程；
2. 结合最新AI技术，打造差异化、体验感突出的新奇酷产品，探索AI硬件新形态、新场景；
3. 联动ID、结构、硬件、算法等同事，高效推进产品落地，把控产品创新度与体验感；
4. 跟踪国内外AI技术及产品动态，将前沿技术融入产品设计，确保产品具备行业引领性。
任职要求
任职要求
1. 强动手能力，对硬件产品定义、元器件选型有基本的认知，独立硬件开发者、极客优先，例如：会使用建模工具和3D打印设备手搓硬件原型；
2. 了解主流 Agent 框架及其工作原理，善于借助 Claude Code、Codex 等 AI 编程工具，将创意快速转化为可体验、可验证的产品；拥有独立完成前后端产品 Demo 的实战经验；
3. 乐于折腾，好奇心强，有强烈的Ownership，愿意亲手打造有影响力的好产品。

加分项
- 具备可穿戴设备、消费电子、智能硬件、机器人等跨领域的复合项目经验，有从原型样机推进至 EVT/DVT 阶段的相关经验优先。
