## Role description from source

1、参与小爱服务端核心系统的研发与维护，支持多业务场景需求，持续提升系统的迭代效率、稳定性与性能。 
2、参与下一代小爱服务端架构升级，设计并建设面向文本大模型、多模态模型及 Agent 的 Harness 能力，支撑算法流程的快速编排、灰度验证与持续演进。 
3、参与服务端关键技术问题攻关，围绕高并发、低延迟、稳定性、可观测性等方向持续优化系统能力。
任职要求
1、2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业。 
2、熟练掌握至少一门后端编程语言（java/rust/c++/c#/golang 均可）。
3、掌握常用数据结构与算法，了解常见设计模式，具备良好的代码设计与工程实践能力。 
4、了解分布式系统基础，熟悉缓存、消息队列、数据库、分布式存储或计算框架中的一种或多种。 
5、对大模型、Agent、多模态等方向有兴趣或相关项目经历者优先。 
6、具备良好的学习能力、主动性与协作意识，愿意面对复杂问题并持续追求技术卓越。
