负责基于大模型构建 AI Agent 应用，将语音交互、知识库、业务系统及外部工具连接起来，打造面向汽车、家居、机器人和企业服务等场景的智能体产品。
1）负责 AI Agent 应用的架构设计、开发、测试和上线；
2）构建任务规划、工具调用、工作流编排、记忆管理及多智能体协作能力；
3）负责 RAG 系统建设，包括文档处理、检索、重排和答案生成；
4）对接语音识别、语音合成、大模型及企业业务系统，打造语音智能体；
5）优化智能体的任务成功率、响应速度、稳定性和使用成本；
6）建设效果评测、日志追踪、提示词管理及安全防护体系；
7）与产品、算法及业务团队协作，完成需求分析和场景落地。
职位要求
1）计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2）熟练使用 Python，具备良好的后端服务开发能力；
3）熟悉大模型 API、Prompt Engineering、Function Calling 和结构化输出；
4）熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex、AutoGen 等一种或多种智能体框架；
5）熟悉向量数据库、Embedding、RAG及常见检索技术；
6）熟悉 RESTful API、数据库、缓存、消息队列及容器化部署；
7）具备较强的业务理解、问题定位和产品交付能力。
加分项：
1）有可规模化使用的 AI Agent 或大模型应用落地经验；
2）有语音助手、智能座舱、智能家居或机器人项目经验；
3）熟悉 MCP、多智能体协作、浏览器自动化或代码执行技术；
4）熟悉模型私有化部署、推理服务及大模型应用安全。
