1、主导垂直行业（如快消、3C、汽车、美妆、大健康等）的通案框架搭建，输出可复用的营销策略、媒介组合、内容玩法及度量体系；
2、运用AI辅助进行行业市场追踪、竞品动作分析，形成有差异化的平台营销策略并灵活运用到方案中； 
3、善于整合内外部资源和营销创意，运用AI辅助逻辑结构化与数据洞察，快速形成有效的营销解决方案；
4、负责客户广告合作全程跟进，包括项目前期的策划提案以及下单后的落地执行；
5、统筹音乐营销行业市场传播及营销报奖工作。
职位要求
1、熟悉互联网产品，有大型互联网公司、媒体5年以上策划岗位经验者优先；
2、有丰富AI应用经验，可以熟练掌握市面主流AI工具及模型，从数据分析、策略优化、视觉设计等方案全流程应用并高效产出；
3、沟通协调能力强，擅长跨部门协作，能够独立完成项目的策划和执行；
4、逻辑及抗压能力强，有清晰的营销商务思维，以数字结果交付为导向；
5、在广告节、行业峰会分享过“AI+策划”相关主题，或有相关文章/案例获奖优先。
