职位要求
- 有较丰富的游戏商业化运营岗位的从业经历，大型MMO项目经历优先。
- 至少有一款MMO游戏的深度付费经历，熟悉MMO游戏的商业化模式和运营模式，有深入体系化的思考。不墨守成规，热爱创新与突破。
- 具有产品研发经验，具有独立开展设计并统筹项目进度的能力，善于优化开发效率。具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力和决策能力，执行和抗压能力强。
- 具有较强的数据分析能力，善于通过线上数据敏捷总结、快速推进迭代。
- 熟悉各类线上下流行的商业产品和商业模式。
- 热爱武侠、国风文化者优先。熟悉AI开发工具者优先。
