1、参与 AI Agent 平台核心产品的规划与设计，覆盖智能体全生命周期管理、任务编排、技能（Skill）体系、企业知识与上下文等方向，负责子模块的产品方案与迭代推进
2、深入业务场景（办公协同、流程自动化、知识管理等），识别 AI Agent 赋能机会，将场景诉求转化为清晰的产品需求文档与交互方案
3、与工程、算法团队协作，将大模型、Agent 框架、MCP 协议等能力转化为可落地的平台功能，跟进从方案评审到上线验收的全流程
4、参与建立产品效果评估体系（任务成功率、采纳率、成本等指标），通过数据分析与用户反馈持续优化产品体验与业务价值
5、跨域协同：联动产品、研发、算法、设计、数据等多团队，推动产品高质量交付；跟踪业界 Agent 产品动态（OpenAI、Anthropic、Manus 等），输出竞品分析与产品洞察

任职要求
1、2027届应届毕业生，硕士及以上学历（博士优先），985高校或QS世界排名前100院校，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业
2、对大模型（LLM）、NLP、Agent 系统等 AI 技术有基本认知，能理解技术边界与产品化路径；深度使用过主流 AI 产品，对 Agent 产品形态有自己的判断
3、具备需求分析、用户研究、交互设计、数据分析等产品基本功，有完整产品/功能上线经历者优先
4、逻辑与结构化表达能力强，能独立完成产品文档与方案汇报，能在技术语言与业务语言之间自如切换
