负责音乐版权内容合作、自制歌曲与企划的音乐定制，包括但不限于：
1、音乐版权挖掘、采买、上线、协助推广等全链条；
2、具备音乐企划能力，辅助匹配歌手、制作，并有节奏性地推进项目上线；
3、学习使用各类音乐AIGC工具进行内容创作
职位要求
1、熟悉国内外原创音乐，对热点敏感，了解行业趋势，了解AI音乐；
2、抖音/B站等平台深度用户、具备较强网感、可快速捕捉热点；
3、有音乐人、版权公司及优质词曲作者相关资源加分，有爆款内容案例（视频、音乐等）优先；
4、具备一定的音乐审美；
5、2027年及之后毕业的全日制在校生，近期可入职，每周需到岗5天、连续实习6个月以上。
