1. 负责研究AI Agent方向学术前沿问题（GUI Agent、Agentic-RAG、问答Agent、任务Agent等），通过发表论文、开源、竞赛等，打造学术影响力；
2. 负责打造业界一流的AI Agent解决方案（GUI Agent、Agentic-RAG、问答Agent、任务Agent等），并落地到小米核心业务场景，包括但不限于手机、汽车等。
3. 梳理业务场景，开发专业技能skills等；
任职要求
1. 硕士及以上，计算机相关专业；
2. 有大模型驱动的AI Agent相关研究和项目经历，发表过相关方向的顶会论文优先；
3. 具有优秀的解决复杂问题和多人协作沟通的能力，能够独立思考并开展工作，具有强烈的好奇心和责任心。
