我们正在探索如何通过 Agent Harness Engineering 构建下一代 AI Infra 推理系统。你将参与即将开源的推理引擎研发，围绕算法优化、系统优化、服务优化、框架优化、编译优化与算子优化开展全链路技术探索，打造高性能、高易用、低功耗、跨平台的推理产品。
同时，你将探索如何利用 Codex、Claude Code、OpenCode 等 Coding Agent，结合 Skills / Plugins / Hooks / MCP、知识与上下文管理、多 Agent 协作、流程与工具设计、编译及自动验证技术，构建可持续迭代的 Agent 研发系统。我们希望进一步探索 Agent / Multi-Agent 自进化，以及 Agent for Systems、Agent for Science、Agent for Robotics 等更广泛的 Agent for X 方向。
团队研发环境扁平、技术决策链路短，并提供充足的模型 Token 与 GPU 算力，支持快速实验和前沿技术探索。
职位要求
我们希望你具备：
硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的操作系统、计算机体系结构、编译原理基础；
具备 AI Infra、推理优化、编译器、GPU 系统或高性能计算相关科研或工程经验；
熟悉 C++ / Rust / Python，熟悉 CUDA，具备独立分析和解决复杂系统问题的能力；
熟练使用 Codex / Claude Code / OpenCode 等 Coding Agent，并实际使用过 Skills / Plugins / Hooks / MCP 等 Agent 工程能力；
对 Agent、Multi-Agent System 以及智能体自进化有持续实践，并形成自己的理解和判断；
有较强的自驱力、好奇心与快速学习能力。
加分项：
有推理引擎、CUDA Kernel、Compiler / Runtime、LLM Serving 或性能优化相关经验；
熟悉 Agent / Multi-Agent 理论以及经典算法，包括规划、搜索、强化学习、形式化、博弈论等方向；
有 Agent Harness、Multi-Agent Workflow、自动代码优化、自动 Kernel 生成 或 Self-improving Agent System 相关研究或工程经验。
