1. 负责企业级 AI Agent 开发平台的整体架构设计，面向手机操作系统等超大型软件工程场景，构建支持 Agentic Coding 的自主编码、规划与执行能力，推动平台成为类 OpenClaw 的旗舰级产品
2. 主导 Multi-Agent 协作框架的设计与实现，涵盖任务分解、上下文管理、工具调用编排及多 Agent 协同流程，支撑复杂软件系统（百万级代码行）的端到端自动化开发
3. 深入理解大型软件系统（手机操作系统、超大型互联网应用等）的架构范式与工程约束，将领域知识融入 Agent 的规划与决策机制，确保生成代码符合工业级质量标准
4. 设计覆盖软件全生命周期的 Agent 能力体系，包括需求理解与拆解、架构设计辅助、代码生成与重构、自动化测试、代码审查及持续集成，构建端到端的智能研发流水线
5. 参与 Agent 平台核心基础设施建设，包括长上下文记忆管理、代码仓库级 RAG 引擎、工具生态集成及安全沙箱执行环境，保障平台稳定性与可扩展性
任职要求
1. 计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备扎实的系统设计与工程基础
2. 8 年以上软件系统架构或 AI 研发经验，有大型复杂系统（操作系统、基础软件平台、大型互联网应用等）架构设计与落地的实际经验
3. 深入理解 AI Agent 技术体系，熟悉 ReAct、Plan-and-Execute、Multi-Agent 等 Agentic 框架范式，有自主 Agent 系统从 0 到 1 的设计与实现经验
4. 熟练掌握主流大语言模型调用与集成（OpenAI、Anthropic Claude、开源 LLM 等），理解 Function Calling、工具链编排、上下文窗口管理等工程关键点
5. 具备扎实的编程能力，熟练使用 Python，掌握 C/C++ 或系统级编程语言，有大规模代码库的开发与维护经验
加分项：
1. 有类 Devin、Cursor、OpenClaw 等 Agentic Coding 产品或类似系统的设计、研发或深度使用经验
2. 深度参与过手机操作系统、编译器、运行时等基础软件的研发，能将超大型软件工程约束融入 Agent 设计
3. 有 LLM 微调（SFT/RLHF/LoRA 等）或代码领域专用模型训练经验，了解代码大模型的能力边界与提升路径
