1.从事多模态生成大模型基础模型算法训练和优化，包括图像生成、视频生成、多模态迭代生成、多模态编辑等；
2.从事基础大模型的组建研发，如Diffusion Models、Autoregressive Models等；
3.从事大模型数据科学的设计与实现，大模型训练和推理加速，确保基础模型的竞争力领先和顺利落地。
职位要求
1.计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业的全日制本科（优先）以上；
2.具有扎实的深度学习算法基础，具备扎实的大模型研发经验，有扩散模型优化经验优先，有相关方向顶级论文者优先，有scaling law实践经验优先；
3.熟悉各类深度学习网络和算子底层实现细节，训练和推理模型调优，CPU/GPU加速，分布式训练推理加速，有实操经验优先；
4.有ACM竞赛、NOIP竞赛经历特别优先；
5.具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力、团队合作能力，有强烈的好奇心。
