1. 负责财务数据体系建设，包括财务数据采集、清洗、建模与标准化，搭建集团经营分析指标体系，为 AI 应用提供高质量数据基础
2. 负责从集团视角推进主数据治理，涵盖集团级客商、产品、渠道、成本中心、会计科目等核心主数据，解决数据孤岛与口径不一致问题
3. 负责财务 AI agent产品规划与落地，聚焦智能审核、智能分析、资金风险预警等常见场景，定义 AI 模型需求并推动技术团队实现产品上线
4. 担任项目经理，统筹财务数据类产品/AI 产品项目从规划、需求分析到实施的全过程管理，协调跨部门资源推动项目落地
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，财经类、计算机类、数据科学类专业优先
2. 7 年及以上财务数据建设经验，具备财务 AI agent产品完整项目经验
3. 深刻理解两个以上财务产品（不限于 ERP、财务共享、财务数据分析、预算管理等系统）
4. 具备跨部门协同能力，能梳理并优先级排序需求，推动财务、技术、业务部门协同解决问题
