职位要求
1. 具备一定的白盒能力，能够发现代码底层问题。有服务端框架测试或压测经历优先。
2. 具备良好的沟通协作能力和外包管理能力。
3. 较强的抗压能力，工作审慎务实。
4. 积极主动，能够主动发现问题并且积极推动解决问题。
5. 熟练使用主流AI工具，能将其有效应用于日常工作中，或有搭建AI工作流/Agent系统的实战经验。
