## Role description from source

工作职责
1. 负责 AI 漫剧创作平台后端系统设计与研发，建设覆盖剧本生成、角色设定、分镜创作、图片生成、视频生成等全链路 AI 工作流；
2. 负责 AI Workflow 编排能力建设，设计灵活、可扩展的任务调度、状态管理和流程执行框架，支撑复杂创作流程稳定运行；
3. 负责模型服务接入与统一管理，支持大语言模型、多模态模型、图片生成、视频生成等能力的集成与调度；
4. 建设高并发、高可用的任务系统，持续优化任务执行效率、资源调度能力及系统稳定性；
5. 参与平台基础能力建设，包括 Prompt 管理、模型路由、上下文管理、缓存、监控、日志及可观测体系；
6. 与客户端、产品团队协作，持续优化 AI 创作体验，推动新能力快速落地。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5 年以上后端开发经验，具备扎实的 Java 基础；
2. 熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等主流开发框架，具备良好的系统设计能力；
3. 熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka/RocketMQ 等常用中间件，具备高并发系统开发经验；
4. 熟悉分布式系统设计，理解服务治理、缓存、消息队列、异步任务等核心技术；
5. 对 AI 应用开发有浓厚兴趣，了解大语言模型、多模态模型及 AI Agent 基本原理；
6. 熟悉 AI Workflow、任务编排或 DAG 调度等相关架构，有复杂业务流程设计经验者优先；
7. 具备良好的工程化能力，能够抽象公共能力，持续优化系统架构及研发效率；
8. 责任心强，具备优秀的问题分析、跨团队沟通及项目推动能力。
