1.负责服务器端业务需求开发和迭代；
2.负责服务器相关工具开发和维护;
3.负责服务器性能优化；
4.参与服务端AI工作流开发，提升服务端开发效率。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，2年以上服务端开发经历；
2.熟练掌握C++的使用，至少熟悉Python/lua一种脚本语言
3.熟练掌握常用数据结构与算法；
4.自主学习能力强，善于沟通，有团队合作精神，对待工作有责任心；
5.良好的代码风格和编程习惯，热爱游戏，能承受压力;
6.具备AI辅助开发的实战经验，能将业务需求拆解为可交由AI执行的子任务，能设计端到端的AI开发工作流;
7.熟悉AI Coding工作流，掌握常用AI开发模型，熟练使用MCP、Skill等AI工具；
8.对AI Agent、多Agent协作开发等技术方向有实践经验者优先。
