2. 用户洞察：熟悉小红书、抖音、B站生态，理解年轻用户的表达方式、兴趣与需求。
3. 内容能力：能独立完成选题、策划与制作，具备热点判断力，持续产出高互动内容。
4. 产品与AI能力：能将产品卖点转化为用户价值，熟练运用AI工具辅助选题、创作与提效。
5. 增长意识：能通过数据识别问题、验证策略，推动内容流量向产品活跃转化。
6. 加分经验：有教育、工具、AI类产品运营经验，或账号从0到1冷启动经验。
