## Role description from source

1、负责 Agent 执行框架、任务调度、工具调用、上下文管理、记忆机制、状态管理和异常恢复等核心模块的开发。
2、负责多 Agent 协作、任务拆解、流程编排和长任务执行能力建设，提升 Agent 在复杂任务场景下的稳定性、可控性和可扩展性。
3、负责 Agent 质量评估体系建设，围绕准确性、任务完成率、工具调用成功率、延迟、成本和安全性等指标，完善测试集、评测流程和线上监控。
4、与算法、产品、应用研发及基础架构团队协作，推动 Agent 能力在实际业务场景中的落地和规模化应用。
5、跟踪大模型、Agent、工作流编排和软件工程智能化领域的最新进展，并将成熟方案转化为可复用的工程能力。
任职要求
1、具备 3 年及以上后端、基础架构、开发工具链、工作流引擎或 AI 应用平台研发经验；优秀候选人可适当放宽。
2、熟悉服务端系统设计，了解分布式系统、异步任务、消息队列、缓存、数据库、容器化和微服务等相关技术。
3、对大语言模型、Function Calling、RAG、Prompt Engineering、Agent、Workflow 或 Tool Use 等技术有实际了解或项目经验。
4、具备较强的系统抽象和问题分析能力，能够将复杂的 Agent 运行过程沉淀为稳定、可复用的框架和组件。
5、具备良好的文档编写、沟通协作和项目推进能力，能够在不确定性较高的环境中独立完成从方案设计到上线交付的工作。
