## Role description from source

1. 根据业务需求，参与AI Agent的设计与研发，包括但不限于Agent引擎开发、知识库对接、检索增强、PE工程、Workflow、记忆模块的设计和开发；
2. 持续探索在垂直领域场景下，利用AI能力与模型算法团队、工程研发团队、产品团队一起提升产品服务体验与工程效率，满足各类垂域客户需求；
3. 跟踪最新的LLM/Agent技术发展动态，探索和跟进前沿技术，根据AI业务应用场景需求设计方案，推动方案落地；
职位要求
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学等相关专业；有较好的英文科学文献阅读能力，有顶会论文发表经验者优先；
2. 精通Python/Java等一种或多种主流开发语言，熟练掌握主流深度学习框架Pytorch，有大模型训练框架Megatron-LM/Deepspeed使用经验者优先；
3.熟练掌握linux基础命令和操作，能完成集群运行环境的搭建；
4. 熟悉大模型训练的流程与工具，能够基于工具链、应用平台实现模型后训练、agent搭建，有实操经验；
5. ToB领域有落地项目经验优先，具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作能力、独立思考能力。可以参与需求调研，业务分析，方案拆解等工作，期望文档能力和方案演讲能力优秀，能够与各层级客户沟通交流。
