1.岗位职责；
2.数据规划：负责图像/视频模型预训练、后训练的数据建设，与算法团队协同制定数据标准、生产方案及交付计划；
3.数据寻源：拓展公开数据集、授权内容、定向采集及合成数据等来源，综合评估质量、规模、成本与合规性；
4.质量筛选：建立清晰度、美学质量、图文一致性、视频时序与运动质量等评价标准，推动数据清洗、去重、描述生成及标注验收；
5.效果迭代：结合训练评估与问题归因优化数据策略，协同研发推动数据生产、质量监控与版本管理的平台化。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、统计学等相关专业优先，硕士及以上优先；
2.具备 1 年及以上数据产品、算法策略或 AI 产品经验，有大规模训练数据建设经验者优先；
3.具有图像/视频生成、多模态大模型或计算机视觉背景；有预训练数据治理、后训练数据生产经验者优先；
4.理解不同训练阶段的数据需求，熟悉数据筛选、配比与质量评估；具备 SQL、Python 数据分析能力及实验设计、效果归因能力者优先；
5.具备需求拆解与跨团队推进能力，能够协同算法、研发、标注及供应商完成交付，兼顾质量、成本与合规。
