## Role description from source

1、负责公司AI智能体（Agent）系统的整体技术架构设计与规划，构建高可用、可扩展的多智能体协作框架；
2、主导核心引擎的研发与优化，解决大模型在长上下文处理、复杂任务规划及意图识别中的关键技术难题；
3、设计标准化的工具调用接口，实现智能体与公司内部业务系统、外部API及向量数据库的深度融合；
4、建立智能体全链路监控与自动化评估体系，制定严格的权限管控与安全围栏机制，保障系统稳定运行与数据安全；
5、跟踪全球AI Agent领域的前沿技术动态，负责技术预研与验证，并指导团队沉淀通用组件库与技术文档。
职位要求
1、计算机、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备8年以上软件架构或AI系统研发经验，其中至少3年专注于大语言模型应用架构或复杂分布式系统设计；
2、精通Go等主流编程语言，具备扎实的工程化落地能力与优秀的代码规范；
3、深入理解主流大模型特性，熟悉主流开发框架底层原理，并具备深度定制或重构经验；
4、熟练掌握向量数据库、图数据库及微服务架构设计，具备极强的抽象建模能力，能够有效拆解复杂业务逻辑；
5、具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，AI编程重度使用者，对AI技术变革保持高度敏感，能够将技术方案高效转化为业务价值。
