1、参与编程（Blockly、Scratch、C++）课程的研发与设计，制定教学内容和课程体系；
1、做专业的教学物料（Blockly、Scratch、C++），包括但不限于关卡研发配置、课件、教材、教案、教辅资料、运营物料等；
2、与项目组紧密配合，协同新产品研发，为新课程落地提供良好的教研支撑；
3、根据教学反馈持续迭代教研内容，提升学习效果与用户体验；
4、研究分析市场上少儿编程的产品设计，提供产品优化建议。
职位要求
1、具备较强的责任心和耐心，拥有良好的团队合作意识，执行力强，能够高效协作并推动工作落地；
2、具有少儿编程线上教学经验，3年以上教研经验；
3、具备良好的逻辑思维与内容设计能力，能够独立完成教研任务；具备从0到1独立完成中小型教研项目的能力；
4、具备良好的文字功底，熟练使用Office等办公软件；
5、熟练使用各种AIGC工具，熟悉音视频媒体软件。
