## Role description from source

1、负责大模型测试，开发大模型测试平台；
 2、深入研究大模型相关技术，参与模型优化工作，提升大模型在复杂问题上的解决能力，包括但不限于Function calling、Instruction Following等能力。
职位要求
1、有不错的编码能力，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，熟悉Python或C++语言，能够熟练使用git与docker； 
2、计算机、电子信息、软件工程等相关专业，在读研究生或博士生优先；
3、熟悉Transformer架构，熟悉大模型并行化训练和微调算法； 
4、有大模型的训练经验，熟悉如Megatron、DeepSpeed等最新训练框架代码者优先；
5、有发表相关高等级会议或期刊论文等相关经验者优先；
