## Role description from source

1、负责主题歌单的策划与制作，围绕情绪、场景、热点等方向确定选题，独立完成歌单标题、简介、标签及封面的设计与产出；
2、参与音乐内容精细化运营，按照曲风等维度完成歌单选曲；
3、负责歌单的多渠道投放执行，撰写投放沟通话术，提升歌曲曝光；
4、负责数据的监测与回收，定期完成数据统计与复盘，为投放策略的调整提供数据支持和优化建议；
5、深度参与 AI 歌单后台的探索与共建，熟练运用各类 AI 工具提升内容运营效率，探索并沉淀 AI 驱动的运营新方法。
职位要求
1、本科以上学历，广告、传媒、市场营销、音乐等相关专业的同学优先；
2、有很强的 AI 实践能力，熟练使用主流 AI 工具解决实际问题，能主动探索 AI 在内容运营与流程自动化中的应用，有 AI Agent、Prompt 工程或 AI 工作流搭建经验者优先；
3、2027 年及以后毕业的全日制在校生，能 6 个月以上实习者优先；
4、文案能力强，标题、简介撰写有网感，能敏锐捕捉热点；
5、热爱音乐，热爱音乐人，对曲风与情绪有基本的音乐审美，有歌单制作或内容运营经验为加分项。
