3、对公司重大投资、融资、并购、重组等经营决策提供全面、精准的分析与专业建议；
4、根据战略要求规划资本运作路径，积极开拓并维护多种融资渠道；
5、上级领导安排的其他工作支持。
职位要求
1、统招硕士及以上学历且有海外留学经历，财务、会计、金融、经济等相关专业优先；
2、熟悉港股或A股资本市场，有科技行业境内、境外资本运作经验；
3、具有良好的资本运作资源、卓越的战略思维与规划能力，能够从公司战略高度出发，制定科学合理的资本运作策略；
4、具有良好的职业道德和职业操守，诚实守信，廉洁奉公，严守公司商业机密。
