1. 关注全球文娱/游戏相关市场细分领域的未来趋势，深度体验，工作娱乐化，娱乐专业化，为网易游戏产品提供坚实的用户研究支撑 
2. 参与网易游戏玩家的行为分析， 独立设计游戏产品数据分析、市场研究方案，建立分析指标体系、用户研究方法以提供分析、预测工具或结果 
3. 基于产品目标进行工作目标拆解，自主提出关键问题进行分析，并持续推动落地解决。对于以下品类有较多经验和深入理解的优先：休闲社交类、steam单机/多人联机、沙盒生存等
职位要求
1. 本科或以上学历，专业不限，具有优秀的分析与执行能力 
2. 有深入的休闲社交类、steam单机/多人联机、沙盒生存等游戏体验经历，并在部分品类中有深度体验，充分热爱游戏者优先（请务必在简历中详细说明个人游戏经历）； 
3. 能熟练应用主流研究与分析工具、方法，有3年以上用户体验/研究相关岗位经验优先 
4. 有一定AI工具使用经历，具备AI-native思维，能利用AI工具完成信息整理、用户研究等相关分析 
5.优秀的责任心、沟通能力、抗压能力、推动能力以及出色的服务意识；
