1, 负责智能座舱前端信号处理的研发与优化，包括麦克风阵列算法，语音降噪等；
2，结合语音唤醒、语音识别等应用，优化前端信号处理算法效果；
3，利用现有 NN 网络方案，解决相关项目问题；
4，跟踪国内外语音信号处理方向的最新研究方向和成果；
5，声纹，语音降噪算法，个性化语音增强算法
职位要求
1，语音相关的硕士生及以上学历；
2，熟悉语音前端信号或后端asr、声纹、唤醒等相关算法基础和原理；
3，有过相关比赛经验并且拿到过名次优先，第一作者在interspeech/icassp 等会议发表过文章的优先；
4，精通pytorch、kaldi等机器学习工具, 熟悉Linux环境、python、matlab；
5，较强的英文阅读能力、沟通能力和团队合作意识
