1. 负责 AI 漫剧创作平台的产品规划与迭代，围绕剧本、角色、分镜、图片、视频生成等核心能力，设计高效、易用的 AI 创作工作流；
2. 深入理解 AI 大模型及多模态能力，协同算法、工程团队推动模型能力产品化，持续优化创作效率与内容质量；
3. 负责创作者平台建设，包括作品管理、素材管理、资产沉淀、版本协作、发布等产品能力，打造完整的 AI 创作平台；
4. 建设创作者生态，围绕创作者成长、激励、社区互动及内容分发等方向，提升创作者活跃度与优质内容供给；
5. 深入研究 AI 内容创作行业及竞品发展，持续探索差异化产品能力，打造平台核心竞争力；
6. 建立数据驱动的产品优化体系，围绕创作效率、内容质量、创作者留存、作品消费等核心指标，持续推动产品迭代；
7. 协调算法、研发、设计、运营等团队，高效推进产品从需求定义、方案设计到上线验证的完整闭环。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，8 年以上互联网产品经验，有内容平台、社区产品、AI 产品或创作者工具相关经验；
2. 对 AIGC、Agent、AI Workflow、大语言模型、多模态模型等方向有浓厚兴趣，并持续关注行业发展；
3. 熟悉内容创作者生态，对漫画、短剧、小说、视频、设计工具等创作场景有深入理解；
4. 具备优秀的产品抽象能力，能够将复杂 AI 能力转化为易理解、易使用的产品体验；
5. 具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能够高效推动算法、研发、设计及运营团队协同落地；
6. 对用户体验有较高要求，关注产品细节，具备较强的执行力和结果导向。
