1、负责探索大型软件工程的AI自进化系统研究。
任职要求
基本要求：
1、计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业；
2、熟练掌握 Python/Java/C++等语言，有实际项目开发经验；
3、对大语言模型（LLM）有基本了解，使用过主流AI工具，对AI编码方向有浓厚兴趣；
4、了解软件开发基本流程（需求→设计→编码→测试），有一定的工程实践经验；
5、自驱力强，学习能力突出，能快速上手新技术领域。

加分项（有任意一项即可）：
1、有大模型相关研究或开发经验（Prompt Engineering、微调、RAG 等）；
2、了解 AI Agent 框架（OpenClaw，LangChain、AutoGPT 等）或有 Agent 应用开发经验；
3、熟悉程序分析、编译原理、AST 等代码分析技术；
4、在 AI/SE 相关领域有论文发表或开源项目贡献；
5、有大型代码仓库（万行级以上）的开发或分析经验。
