职位要求
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，经济、管理、创业相关专业优先，有孵化器或创业服务经验为佳。
2、熟悉创新创业政策及孵化器运营模式，具备优秀的资源整合能力。
3、具备较强的活动策划与执行能力，能独立组织创业培训及路演活动。
4、优秀的沟通协调能力，能与政府、企业、投资机构等高效对接。
5、责任心强，具备服务意识和创业热情，能承受一定工作压力。
