任职要求
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上，7 年以上后端开发经验
2. 扎实的 Java 编程基础，深入理解算法、数据结构、设计模式
3. 熟练使用 Spring Boot / Dubbo / MyBatis 等框架，有 Redis / RocketMQ / MySQL 等中间件的深度调优经验
4. 参与过高并发、高可用系统的设计与开发，能从架构层面分析和解决系统瓶颈
5. 有大规模线上系统、复杂系统重构或全栈开发经验者优先
6. 熟悉主流 AI 编程工具（Cursor / Copilot / Claude Code 等），有实际提效经验
7. 了解 MCP（Model Context Protocol）协议，有 AI Agent 开发或集成经验
8. 有 Skill / Plugin 开发经验，能将 LLM 能力嵌入业务系统（如智能工单摘要、自动根因分析、对话式运维）
9. 理解 RAG、Function Calling、Tool Use 等 Agent 核心概念，有 Prompt Engineering 实践
10. 有 AI 应用落地经验（如智能客服、自动化测试生成、代码审查辅助）者优先
