## Role description from source

1、持续监测竞品/新品动态，分析竞品表现及长线运营，为相关业务的决策提供支持；
2、参与各类游戏的体验拆解、用户反馈的搜集分析等，为相关品类设计方向提供参考；
3、协助完成部门其他任务，包括但不限于游戏产品敏捷测评（文字稿、视频等形式）、行业热点跟踪（游戏、泛娱乐、AI等）；
职位要求
1、为人友善、性格开朗，有较好的沟通、协调能力，具备较强的责任心和耐心；
2、热爱游戏，游戏经验丰富，涉猎品类覆盖较广，对特定品类有较深理解，熟悉游戏用户体验和玩家心理；
3、熟练使用Power Point、Word、Excel等办公工具，有较好的文字输出能力和报告撰写能力；
4、有AI Agent使用经验的有加分；
5、有专业视频编辑软件（如Adobe PR）使用经验的有加分；
6、英语能力较好，能阅读英语学属性论文、书籍的有加分；
7、面向2026年及以后毕业的在校生，每周至少可以实习5天，至少实习6个月；
