## Role description from source

1. 设计多Agent协作架构与Tooling System，推动Agent在软件工程场景的规模化工程化落地；
2. 负责Prompt Engineering、Memory机制、任务规划模块(Planner)的设计与持续调优；
3. 主导Prompt/RAG/Fine-tune技术选型，建设自动化评估Pipeline和稳定性保障体系；
4. 与产品、业务团队协作，将业务需求转化为Agent技术方案；
5. 跟踪多Agent系统、LLM应用、工具学习等前沿技术，推动技术方案持续演进。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机/软件工程等相关专业；
2. 3年以上后端开发经验，1年以上Agent系统开发经验；
3. 扎实后端工程能力(Python/Go/TypeScript至少精通一种)；
4. 有Agent系统从0到1生产级落地经验(非Demo)，熟悉Agent框架(LangChain/LlamaIndex/AutoGen等)及Function Calling/RAG/工具调用核心方案；
5. 能判断Prompt/RAG/Fine-tune的适用边界；
6. 有多Agent协作系统设计经验或推理成本优化/LLM Eval评估体系建设经验者优先。
