1、负责实习生招聘全流程，包括但不限于招聘信息发布、简历搜寻、面试安排、HR面试、offer推进等，零距离参与招聘全流程工作；
2、协助部分社招全职岗位工作，通过招聘渠道主动开源简历、推进面试、跟进面试结果；
3、基于日常招聘数据进行数据分析，复盘招聘问题、提升招聘效率；
4、协助完成其他HR事务性工作，如雇主品牌、正式校招项目、事业部级新人培训等；
5、使用AI工具，运用AI进行市场信息收集、招聘数据分析及复盘等工作。
职位要求
1、2027年及之后毕业的全日制在校生，近期可入职，每周可到岗5天，至少4个月实习期；
2、做事细心、认真负责、团队合作意识强，为用人资源的补齐及组织能力的提升而思考；
3、具备良好的沟通能力、共情能力，为用人方及候选人良好的招聘体验而思考；
4、积极有冲劲、期望长期向HR方向发展的同学，无经验亦可考虑；
5、熟练使用AI工具者优先，有Agent探索尝试者优先。
