工作内容
- 应用包括大模型、Agent、多模态等在内的 AI 技术，推进企业运营的数据化和智能化；
- 开发及优化智能营销、智能客服等在销售、交付、服务等过程中的智能应用；
- 与业务一起探索和发现 AI 技术的前沿应用落地场景，针对性进行数据建设、模型训练、模型评估等，优化模型效果，实现效能提升。
任职要求
计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理或相关领域的硕士或博士学位，3 年以上相关经验;
- 对大模型后训练、RAG、Agent、多模态大模型等相关 AI 技术有深入了解，在此领域有至少一年以上的工作经验；
- 对多模态技术有一定的了解，包括 ASR、TTS、视觉内容生成、端到端多模态大模型等；
- 具备良好的编程实现能力，熟练掌握python、pytorch、transformers等机器学习套件;
- 有较强的研究能力，在大模型研究领域顶级会议发表过高质量论文者优先；
- 出色的问题解决能力和创新能力，能够解决复杂的技术挑战;
- 良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够与跨职能团队合作，推动项目进展。
