## Role description from source

1、负责音乐人创作者中心全链路产品运营，包括音乐人入驻、作品上传、内容审核、签约管理、版权结算等环节的流程优化与效率提升；
2、负责音乐人数据资产管理，维护底层数据准确度及质量分敛，监控平台内容生态健康度；
3、深度理解创作者诉求，协同产品、技术团队，基于音乐人痛点推动B端后台系统迭代，提升创作者满意度与平台粘性。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上B端产品运营工作经验，有内容平台创作者后台运营经验、审核团队管理经验者优先；
2、热爱音乐，具备一定音乐基础知识储备，对音乐行业生态有深刻洞察者优先；
3、有极强的产品sense，逻辑清晰，有明确的产品运营思路，可以独立绘制产品原型图，具备较强的数据分析能力，能应用SQL处理数据；
4、具备高度的责任心、抗压能力，可以做到与协同部门以及合作方高效沟通，积极推动项目落地；
5、具备AI工具使用能力，可熟练通过AI搭建工作流者优先。
