参与支撑数亿设备、PB 级数据规模的湖仓一体架构研发，主导 AI Agent 在大数据全链路的落地，作为 Apache 顶级开源项目贡献者，和全球开发者一起定义下一代数据基础设施。

工作内容
1、构建 AI 时代的数据底座：参与 Apache Doris、Kyuubi 等 OLAP 引擎，Kestra、Ray 等调度引擎，Iceberg、Paimon、Lance 等数据湖存储引擎的研发与优化，打造支撑大模型训练、Agent 实时决策的湖仓一体底座。
2、保障 PB 级数据服务高可用：负责线上服务的性能、稳定性与质量优化，推进存算分离架构升级、自动化运维与跨可用区容灾能力建设。
3、研发大数据场景通用 Data Agent：基于大模型打造覆盖数据需求理解、建模、开发、消费、运维全链路的智能 Agent，推动数据工作流从"人找数据"向"Agent 主动服务"升级。
4、参与全球顶级开源社区共建：作为 Apache Doris、Paimon 等项目核心贡献者提交 PR，参与多维计算、湖流一体、多模态计算等前沿方向研发。
任职要求
1、扎实的 Java、C++、Golang 或 Python 编程基础，对计算机技术有强烈好奇心，不满足于"会用"，更想搞懂底层原理。
2、具备较强的问题分析与拆解能力，能在复杂分布式系统中快速定位根因，享受解决硬核技术问题的成就感。
3、学习能力突出，能快速掌握 Data+AI 领域前沿技术，对 AI Agent、多模态数据处理、湖仓一体等方向保持持续关注。
4、善用 AI 工具辅助开发调试与效率提升，日常使用 Claude、Codex 等工具优化工作流。
