1. 参与 AI-Native 平台产品的需求调研、竞品分析、用户访谈与场景梳理,洞察用户在 AI 应用构建、提效、协作等方面的真实需求。
2. 协助完成产品方案设计,包括功能规划、交互流程、原型设计、PRD 撰写及需求评审。
3. 跟进产品研发全流程,协调算法、研发等团队,推动需求高质量上线。
4. 参与大模型、Agent、Prompt 工程、工作流编排、知识库、数据分析等 AI 产品模块的设计与优化。
5. 关注产品上线后的使用数据、用户反馈和业务效果,持续推动产品迭代和体验优化。
6. 跟踪 AI 行业前沿趋势、优秀产品实践和技术演进,输出产品洞察和创新建议。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,计算机、人工智能、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业优先；
2、有AI产品、智能体平台、开发者工具、大模型、低代码/无代码平台等相关领域实习经验的优先； 
3、具有良好的沟通能力、逻辑能力和产品设计能力,对数据敏感,善用工具解决产品问题；
4、了解产品实施过程,包括市场分析、需求分析、产品功能设计、业务流程设计、界面设计、用户研究和可用性测试等；
5、熟悉互联网产品,熟悉PRD文档编写，能使用产品设计类软件；
6、希望你能积极主动的反馈和学习，真诚坦荡的沟通和交流；
7、加分项：了解大模型基本原理、Prompt 设计、RAG、Agent、API 调用、Python/SQL 基础或有相关项目实践。
