本科及以上；工作经验1年以上（官方基础信息栏）
计算机相关专业，本科及以上。
熟悉Python/Go/Java至少一种，并有高并发、分布式架构经验，理解Agent长连接与异步任务挑战。
能理解业务并抽象、设计技术架构。
具备学习分析、问题解决、协作、责任心和自驱力。
