## Role description from source

1、协助开展二级市场融资、资本市场对接、投资并购等工作（如支持策略会、反路演、项目可行性分析、内部汇报材料等）； 
2、跟踪资本市场政策、行业动态、竞品信息，完成行业研究、数据整理、信息汇总； 
3、协助完成资本市场相关的信息披露、合规报备、数据报送等工作； 
4、与公司内各部门保持积极有效沟通，定期更新公司内外部资料库；
5、完成领导交办的其他资本市场相关支持工作。
职位要求
1、统招硕士及以上学历且有海外留学经历，金融、经济、理工等相关专业优先； 
2、熟悉港股或A股资本市场，有投行、券商、或科技行业资本市场工作经验； 
3、英文熟练，能作为日常工作语言；
4、工作细致严谨、责任心强，具备较强的执行力、沟通能力与抗压能力； 
5、具有良好的职业道德和职业操守，诚实守信，廉洁奉公，严守公司商业机密。
