1. 负责大型游戏客户端的构建、打包和资源发布系统建设，支持移动端、PC、Mac及国内外版本。 
2. 优化资源处理、包体生成、分包、Patch和发布流程，提升构建速度、成功率与稳定性。 
3. 建设完善的构建与发布监控体系，持续提升产物校验、异常诊断、失败重试和自动恢复能力，保障发布链路的稳定性与可观测性。 
4. 推进包体大小、差分更新量和资源下载体验优化。 
5. 探索AI在资源构建发布、系统理解、问题诊断和自动验证中的应用。
职位要求
1. 计算机基础扎实，熟悉Python、C++、Go、C#或Java中的至少一种。 
2. 具备良好的系统设计和工程实现能力，能够独立分析、定位并闭环复杂问题。 
3. 责任心和Owner意识强，能够主动识别风险、推动协作并关注最终结果。 
4. 学习能力强，对构建系统、资源体系和发布基础设施有兴趣。 
5. 沟通表达清晰，能够沉淀高质量技术文档和可复用方案。 
6. 国内外知名高校本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先，具备 AI / 大模型应用于工程效率、问题诊断或代码理解等场景的实践经验者优先。
