## Requirements

- 3年以上后端开发经验，并有实际交付的 AI Agent 项目经验。

- 熟悉主流 Agent 框架，对 RAG、Function Calling 和 MCP 有深入理解与实践经验。
- 了解 LLM 基本原理，能使用 Prompt Engineering 解决工程问题，而不只是调用 API。
- 遵循标准团队协作流程，能务实推动问题闭环并持续更新技术认知。

## Preferred qualifications

- 有 Dify、ComfyUI 或其他AI工作流编排框架实战经验。
- 对影像处理、多模态内容生成有好奇心。
