1. 梳理并搭建面向 Discord/Reddit/Tiktok的内容供给链路：从内容供给路径、选题机制、素材生产、分发排期到内容复用与沉淀，形成标准化、可复制的路径；提升内容的产出效率与供给稳定性，降低各产品团队的内容生产门槛。
2.洞察玩家内容偏好、平台热点趋势与竞品内容打法，输出可落地的内容策略建议，研究并实践适配不同平台生态的内容形式与交互玩法，形成可复用的内容模版库与最佳实践。
3.推动内容策略落地，保障重点产品在各平台拥有持续、稳定、符合平台调性的内容基本盘，持续跟踪 Discord / Reddit/Tiktok 的平台规则、算法与生态变化，及时调整内容打法。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，5 年以上内容运营 / 新媒体 / 游戏发行 / 海外内容相关经验；
2、具备海外市场（欧美为主）内容运营实战经验，爱游戏，理解玩家心理与游戏内容生态；
3、深度熟悉海外社媒的 平台机制、内容生态、用户文化与分发逻辑；
4、熟练使用数据分析工具与AI工具，能通过数据发现问题、验证假设、驱动内容决策；
5、善于将经验沉淀为工具、模版与方法论，具备良好的沟通与影响力，能推动其他团队采纳；
6、优秀的英文能力，英文达到可创作 / 审校内容的水准；
