1. 负责项目产品的前后端功能开发与迭代，参与需求评审、技术方案设计与落地；
2. 独立完成模块的前端页面开发、后端接口设计与数据库设计；
3. 持续优化系统性能、代码质量与用户体验，排查并解决线上问题；
4. 持续跟踪AI在前端与后端领域技术演进，识别适合团队引入的新工具与流程，提升研发效能。
职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以内前后端开发经验；
2. 熟练掌握HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript，熟悉Vue/React至少一种主流框架，了解Webpack/Vite
等构建工具，具备良好的代码习惯；
3. 熟练掌握Go/Python/Java中至少一种语言，熟悉常用Web框架，具备RESTful API 设计能力；
4. 熟悉关系型数据库，了解Redis、MongoDB等NoSQL，熟悉Linux基本操作，了解CI/CD流程者优先；
5. 熟悉AI协同工作流，有AI编程助手使用经验者优先；
6. 良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，有责任心，能主动进落地。
