Qualifications and expectations

• 有较强的 AI 能力、经验或兴趣，能熟练使用主流大模型与 Agent 工具，有将 AI 嵌入真实工作流并产生实效的经验。
• 具备 Agent 开发或研究经验（记忆系统、长上下文处理、多 Agent 编排等），能独立完成技术可行性验证。
• 主动性强，能把一个模糊的问题拆成可执行的方案并独立跑通闭环，遇到卡点会主动寻求资源支持。
• 了解基本的网络安全概念，或有意愿快速补齐安全知识

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)

• 有部署或深度使用 Claude Code、Cursor、OpenCode 等 AI 工具流、独立完成端到端任务的经历。
• 具备算法 / 计算机背景或研发经历，能动手写代码验证方案。
• 有安全运营、攻防或安全知识库 / 自动化流程从 0 到 1 的建设经历。
• 有用 AI 工具提效的实际案例（不限安全合规领域）。
