• 负责 AI Native 应用开发，持续优化模型性能、准确性
• 构建 AI 模型能力及算法，包括但不限于Prompt优化、模型后训练、推理加速、数据集建设等
• 跟踪人工智能领域的最新技术趋势，评估并引入适合的技术方案，推动产品创新

Qualifications and expectations

• 熟练掌握C++、Python或Go等至少一门编程语言，具备良好的代码基础和编程习惯。
• 了解常用的机器学习和深度学习算法，熟悉相关理论和应用。
• 计算机专业基础扎实，掌握常见的算法和数据结构。
• 对新技术有浓厚兴趣，具备快速学习和应用的能力。
• 善于发现问题并提出创新解决方案，推动技术和产品的持续改进。

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)

• 熟悉Transformer、BERT、Qwen等模型
• 有本地大模型部署、微调、推理性能调优经验者优先
