• 研发 Agent 的任务规划、上下文、记忆、工具调用及多轮交互能力。
• 搭建大模型业务工作流，连接搜索、知识库、数据库、内部系统与第三方 API，优化 RAG、Prompt、Context、Function Calling 和 MCP 应用。
• 建设评测、调试与可观测体系，改善成功率、响应速度、稳定性和成本，并推动业务落地。

Qualifications and expectations

• 计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历
• 至少熟练掌握 Go/Python/Java/C++ 其中一门编程语言 ，具备良好的数据结构、算法及软件工程基础
• 了解大语言模型相关技术，熟悉 Prompt、Embedding、RAG、Function Calling 等基本概念
• 具备良好的工程实践能力，熟悉 Git、Linux、HTTP、数据库及常见后端开发技术
• 对 AI Agent 方向有浓厚兴趣，学习能力强，能够快速理解和应用新技术
• 具备良好的逻辑分析、沟通协作及问题解决能力

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)

• 有 AI Agent、智能问答、RAG 或其他大模型应用项目经验
• 了解 MCP 等智能体工具接入协议
• 熟悉向量数据库、全文检索、知识图谱或模型服务部署
• 有开源项目贡献、技术博客、相关竞赛成绩或高质量个人项目
• 有大模型应用评测、监控、性能优化或生产环境部署经验
